Recently I was asked to participate in both a panty exchange and a recipe exchange. Two very different themes with the same idea. For the panty exchange you receive the letter from a friend listing a name and address, this is the person you send the panties to. Just one new pair with tags on. Then you forward the letter with your name and address to several friends so you can receive panties, and then they pass on the letter and so on.

The recipe exchange is about the same except that it involves recipes of course and in my case was done through email. So far I have not received any panties but I have a handful of new recipes at my disposal! Lately, whenever I see an email address pop up that I don’t recognize I get excited thinking it might be a new recipe and hoping it is not some weird spam mail.

Besides these 2 exchanges I have also heard of a kitchen towel exchange which is the same process as the panty exchange. Have you done or heard of any interesting exchanges?
