1- the aerobed - years of sleeping on couches and now you can have a fairly comfortable bed all to yourself that inflates in 90 seconds, genius.

2- the remote control - years of walking across the room just to change the volume by 2 notches really took its toll.

3- automatic locks and windows in cars - after driving cars from the age of 16 to the age of 26 that didn’t have these features I am eternally grateful for their invention.

4- Floss - self explanatory.

5- the dishwasher - I don’t mind doing dishes by hand however when you have an usually large amount of dishes it is the lazy mans dream come true.

6- online shopping - I could go on and on about online shopping all day, let’s just say it lets you avoid the mall crowds and shop in your underpants, fabulous!

7- no stick aluminum foil - finally you can bake cookies without greasing the foil, woot!

8- pre-sliced cheese blocks - you can now serve cheese and crackers with cheese that has been perfectly sliced ahead of time, talk about a lazy mans dream!

9- the dustbuster - don’t feel like dragging the vaccum out of the closet for a small spill? Just use the handheld dust buster.

10- the travel hairdryer - for heavy packers like myself it is a wonderful invention.
