Holiday shopping seems to cost more and more every year. Gone are the days of getting a small child a paint by number set or a puzzle. Now it’s all PS3 and Ipods. Buying gifts can cost you a bundle even if you shop sales and try to stick to a budget. While cruising msn I came across this article with tips on how to save money while shopping/preparing for the holiday season. It gives some good advice on how to have a great holiday without going to the poor house.
If you start to run out of ideas (and money) this holiday season consider handmade gifts (candy, baked goods). If you are really crafty you can make memory books for relatives and close friends, scarves, or handmade jewelry.
