Why Dirty Dancing is such a fantastic movie.
1. Patrick Swayze, hello!
2. There is a heck of a lot of ballroom dancing in it.
3. Jerry Orbach looks a little bit like my grandpa.
4. The movie makes everyone who watches it want to go to some cheesy summer campground with their parents and be in a variety show at the end of the summer.
5. It won an Oscar.
6. It never gets old no matter how many times you watch it. (I dare you not to cry when Baby confronts her dad on the porch and he tears up!)
7. One of the best dance-filled movie endings of all time. (I’ve had the time of my life, and I owe it all to you!)
8. Patrick Swayze.
