Oprah

I am a huge Oprah fan. I like her show, her website, her magazine (which I read every month!). Recently, she had her trainer, Bob Greene on the show to talk about his Best Life plan, and how he helped Oprah get in and stay in such great shape.

Obviously, being a multi-millionaire and having a personal chef, trainer, stylist, etc, all contribute to looking good. But anyone who has followed Oprah’s career knows that she has come a long way to achieve the body she has now. It takes discipline and constant effort. As someone who watches what they put into their body and what products they bring into their home, I am really excited that Oprah is sharing her fitness secrets with the world.

A lot of women idolize her and maybe she can inspire them to get healthy and stay healthy. I know that just seeing a few minutes of the episode reminded me that I have been slacking about certain things this winter and need to get back on track. Maintaining a healthy body is not so much about looking good as it is as feeling good, or at least that is how it should be. Go Oprah!
