Off to a wedding this weekend. It is amazing how fast these things come up. Someone gets engaged and it seems like the blink of an eye (although it is really a year or more) and then they are getting hitched!

I have a feeling we are going to have a particularly good time at this wedding, and not just because it is a very dear friend who is getting married. We are seated at a pretty rockin table - and that really does make all the difference. Have you ever been seated at a dull table? I have and it stinks. It really sets the tone for the night when you are at a lame table. When my friend, the bride, told me the other people at my table I was immediately psyched. Friends from California we rarely get to see, friends from high school and some other fun people thrown in as well. We are definitely going to start the reception off right sitting with this crowd! I think the other tables may actually get jealous of how much fun we are having…at least that is what I hope will happen. Sometimes, it really is all about the table.
