Last year I came across an interesting link on msn.com. It was for a series of webisodes (is that a real word?) called In The Motherhood. The scripts for these short episodes are created from real stories sent in by actual moms. In The Motherhood stars Chelsea Handler, Leah Remini, and Jenny McCarthy. Even for those you do not have kids yet (like myself) the stories are hilarious! Last season touched on everything from becoming a step parent, to getting a divorce, to dealing with an overbearing mother and just generally trying to get their kids to behave. So far there are 2 new episodes this season, one dealing with Valentine’s Day and another dealing with a horrendous tantrum in a supermarket that leads to the police being called. “She’s kidnapping me!”

You can even submit your own mom horror stories to be considered for an episode. I have been reading some of the submissions and most of them are laugh out loud funny. So check out the site and read the submissions, write your own or just view an episode.
