In full bloom
Earlier this spring I noticed some interesting plants sprouting in my front garden. My neighbor told me it was a type of lily, which I would later learn was a tiger lily. I have always loved tiger lilies but had never seen one in the early stages before the vibrant orange flowers had bloomed.
