I can barely remember a day this past month that it has not rained. It seems like it has been raining for ages. With all the horrible flooding that went on in different parts of the country recently I must admit all this rain had me a bit nervous at times. Thankfully the rain in my area never got out of hand - my heart goes out to all those whose lives were altered by flooding.
The rain did however make my lawn and garden grow like crazy. However, it also made the weeds in my lawn and garden grow even crazier. I have been in a constant showdown with the dandelions and other weeds and I am sorry to say they are still winning by a rather large margin. I have not given up hope though! I was planning another attack this weekend and then of course it rained. The ground is still wet from the thunderstorm last night but if it can manage to stay dry for a day or two those weeds better watch out!! I mean business this time.

What a beautiful site you have here! It’s so bright and fresh. It certainly does bring “health” to mind!
I love the rain. But yeah, there is such a thing as too much of it.
We had a huge thunderstorm last night! Are you my neighbor?

I live on what is basically an irrigated desert. We very rarely get rain between April and October so I am envious of your rain. I guess everyone wants what someone else has.

VE - close…NY state
I think the east coast is a little confused though because we are getting more than our usual share of rain.
