Some perspective about the financial crisis
I came across this clip from the Conan O’Brien show the other day and it shows an amusing (and blunt) perspective on the state of the economy and the world. It reminds us how spoiled most of us really are. May I recommend taking four minutes and watching this, it will give you a good laugh and make you say yeah I am guilty of being a brat sometimes too!

We just came back from Florida via flight. It was uncomfortable, yes, but I did remind my bride that we would be going to work first thing in the morning.
On the flip side: We sure did like our train ride to Chicago.

Paul - anything is better than work, right?!
I have taken a handful of very long train rides (17 to 24 hours each way) and while it is interesting I would not travel that way again, well not without a sleeper car at least!
