So the meme I was recently tagged for will have to wait. Too many distractions this week to think of any real gems…but I will get to it soon.

It is amazing how quickly the plant life springs into action as soon as winter takes it’s last official bow. After being buried under feet of snow and ice for months all of the plants in the garden seem completely unfazed. There are tons of buds everywhere. My lilac trees have huge buds that I am sure will pop in a matter of a week or two. Oh how I missed you lilacs! Unfortunately as soon as I bring a few branches into the house the cat will move heaven and earth until she can get close enough to them to eat them but I will enjoy you outisde my bedroom window nonetheless.
