Did they always wake up this early?
Is it me or are the birds waking up earlier this year? Every morning around 3:30 a.m. they start chirping like mad. I don’t particularly mind the noise, it is certainly better than a car alarm or drunk people, etc, however I feel like the birdies are starting their morning choir practice earlier than in previous years. Maybe it is just my poor memory (pregnancy brain!) but I don’t remember ever hearing them that early before.
Long before dawn they are out there singing away, trading melodies and letting us all know that soon it will be time to wake up and face the day. At least they seem happy to be waking up so early! I don’t think anyone/anything would sing a pretty song at 3 a.m. if they weren’t already in a good mood. I guess I should take after the birds more.

We don’t have this problem, but we do have something else. There’s a huge flock of parrots that has started hanging out around our house and they are LOUD. My mom says they used to be there when we were kids, but I do not remember it. The noise is insane.
