Hard to believe the summer is ending and even harder for me to believe that my daughter is 2 months old. I am not really sure where this summer went but it must be the same place that Christmas break used to go when I was a little kid. The week leading up to the break seemed to last a month, and then the week off went by in a blink.

I guess time really does speed up once you become a parent. I feel like my little one is growing at an amazing rate.  It is difficult not to wish these early days away, I can’t help but look forward to future milestones like walking and talking, but I am trying to savor every moment.

Here’s to savoring these last days of summer. We will need the memory of them to get us through another long winter.
