Sorry to be so bossy but I really think everyone and I do mean EVERY single person in America needs to see Food, Inc. Most likely you have heard about this film from friends or from Oprah…if not here is a simple run down: The movie delves into the real story behind where our food in America comes from; how food goes from the farms/slaughterhouses/labs to the supermarkets.
I am not a preachy person, although I am a vegetarian and enjoy buying organic and local food whenever possible I don’t go around making others feel bad if they choose to eat 3 meals a day at Burger King. Do I think it is a good idea to eat 3 meals a day at Burger King? Heck no! But hey, it’s your life.
For those of who you have already seen the film, please feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section. I am interested to hear other peoples’ opinions on what I believe to be an incredibly important film.

Hey! You posted this on my birthday. I haven’t seen the movie, but I can imagine what the camera people had to wade through.
One of my friends has a great “food” blog. I’m sure you’ll enjoy. http://thosewhohunger.blogspot.com/
And you’ll be proud of me–I’ve taken up the idea of fruit only once a week. I cheated this week, though. I added some yogurt and honey to last night’s fruit meal. It was so good!

Happy belated Paul!
I will check out your friend’s blog.
A fruit only meal? Wow you are disciplined! I don’t consider honey that much of a cheat!
